To give an overview of my micronational experiences, is best served by giving an account of an extraordinary friendship. Of course I could write about the impact I had or am still having on the policies and day-to-day life of one or another micronation. However, [...]

The Novasolum Regional Community was founded in 2005 as a result of efforts led by John Darcy and Koen Nevens, two prominent Anthelians. The Community quickly became one of the most successful intermicronational organisations in the Anglophone Simulationist Community’s history. This would not last. A series of internal conflicts involving some of the partner micronations [...]

Though the Republic of Anthelia lacked the large population of many of its contemporaries, the micronation left a significant mark on the Simulationist Community through its contributions to international law, diplomacy, and cartography. The micronation was home to John Darcy and Koen Nevens, both of whom pioneered the creation of the Novasolum Regional Micronational Community, one of the most successful intermicronational partnerships in the Simulationist Community's history.

The Commonwealth of Interland was my first micronation and has always remained somewhat close to my heart. That closeness was evident from September 2001 to the day I left Tymaria as I regularly proclaimed that Interland was my ‘primary micronation’ and thus I would put it above all others. In fact, in the TYSOG (Tymarian Special Operations Group) affair in Tymaria in early 2002, Interland was the only reason I stayed in Tymaria as it wasn’t leaving that nation anytime soon. TYSOG was a military operation which I assisted with; its purpose was to curb Babkhan influence in the Republic of Morovia and re-install King Vincent as that nation's rightful ruler. Attera offered to allow me to join their nation after they left Tymaria over the TYSOG affair, however my entrance into Attera would be delayed several months simply because I cared too much about that piece of deadwood known as Interland, which never did have a bright future regardless of what effort some Interlanders put into it.
