     Bosworth's Crimminal Court

Later last week Bosworth’s Ministry of Justice announced that it will be placing charges of treason against one of it’s citizens, whom Bosworth claims is either an informant or an Ocian in disguise, for allegedly spying in favour of the Democratic Republic of Ocia a nation which has been dubbed ‘rogue’ by its long time rival East Ocia. The allegation was strongly denied by the DRO and its President Matt Kovac who called Bosworth’s claims that ‘Fernando Epsilon’ may infact be him an, “unethical fabrication that exposes the techniques [Bosworth] resorts to.”

Although Bosworth’s Ministry of Justice provided wholly circumstantial evidence, some have fully agreed with the accusations because of the public presumption that the DRO readily participates in espionage and intelligence gathering. However even some of Bosworth’s long time allies have voiced their doubt in the case which has been held behind closed doors. Bosworth’s government was unavailable for comment when it came to the issues of no ’solid evidence being provided.

Kolya Radchenko, Chairmen of Ocia’s controversial National Defence Commission demanded a full public apology for the accusations citing several recent events as proof, as Radchenko claims, that Bosworth fabricated all of the allegations to act in accordance with aggressive military positioning to provoke the ‘worker’s paradise.’ He echoed the Ocian propaganda machine’s ongoing rhetoric by delivering a stark warning, “The Bosworthian Imperialists and their stooges/servants in the east should act with discretion and should be aware that any further provocations could mean the initiation of counter measures.” Stay with MillenniumNews for updates on this volatile situation.

Special Report: No Front Runner in Ocian Elections

November 10, 2008

This December’s upcoming Ocian Presidential Elections may be the most important and highly anticipated in Ocia’s history. Last week’s surprising announcement from Lovely’s long time citizen Anthony Montague pleased many as the experienced micronationalist and new Ocian citizen entered the race. In his speech in front of a large crowd in Personova square last week he stated that, “[He] will lead this federation to the best of [his] ability” while later suggesting that another Dervin presidency would lack, “enthusiasm” and a Kovac Presidency would be a term of so called, “extremist nationalism.”

“I am formidable to oppose, I am warm and friendly”
-Anthony Montague

Michael Dervin started his campaign early by making a speech summarizing the accomplishments of his campaign while sharply criticising Matt Kovac by saying, “should the vote of gone to Mr. Kovac, then Ocia would of not survived the Summer and would not be in the prosperous and world leading position it is in today.” Kovac responded to MillenniumNews by saying, “I led the movement to found Ocia, led Ocia during its period of record high activity and I personally oversaw Military upgrades, I think that on the contrary, Ocia would be in a far better position today had the vote gone to me.” Some also criticized Dervin’s speech for claiming to have executed military reforms; something which is widely known was the sole doing of Kovac. Despite this, the speech received great reviews especially from the LDO whose leader Kieran Henson announced their party’s support for Michael Dervin’s candidacy.

The Kovac campaign is actively working on spreading its message by releasing a serious of attack ads criticizing Michael Dervin’s lack of charisma. Matt Kovac is expected to be endorsed by the Green Party some time this week. Surprisingly, the Conservative party of Ocia announced that they will not be endorsing a single candidate; instead they will support both Matt Kovac and Michael Dervin.
